1. Terms of Sale

Please review the following terms carefully. Only proceed with our services if you agree to adhere to the following:
Please make payment to the account stated on your invoice or by cash in person. Only once payment is made in full will the vehicle be released.

While FF Autos makes reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy and validity of its work and services, all services are provided on an “as-is” basis and you expressly agree that you accept our services at your own risk.

2. Terms of Warranty on Parts and Labour

This warranty is non-transferable. Once released to you (our customer), you alone have a six-month “break-fix” warranty on any work and parts supplied by FF Autos. All electrical parts become non-refundable as soon as they are fitted.

FF Autos warrants only those parts and labour that we manufacture or install against manufacturing or installation defects. We offer no express warranties or guarantees on parts not supplied by us. FF Autos reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim if we suspect damage, foul play, or unauthorized tampering with our work.

If damage, foul play, or any other third-party factors are proven responsible, FF Autos reserves the right to charge for all investigations and remedial works if any advice given (in writing or verbally) has not been adhered to, or for any of the aforementioned reasons.

Any investigation or repair works deemed not covered under these terms will be chargeable at:

• Standard hourly labour rate: £55 per hour
• Standard call-out rate: £85 (if incurred)
• + any additional expenses resulting from the incident (e.g., vehicle recovery)
